Falmouth Town train station is behind Sea Breeze, with two trains an hour to Truro. It’s around 20 minutes, with stops along the way including Penryn.

A shuttle bus runs between the train station car park and the far side of Falmouth town, known as The Moor. Here you can get buses around the region, including to Truro, Flushing, Helford and Helston.
